Minneapolis ranked #6 in a list of best markets for home sellers in the United States, according to Realtor.com. the median list price for a home in Minneapolis in February 2023, was $434,950. The Twin Cities currently has less than six weeks' worth of inventory, whereas a balanced market has four to six months' worth. Great news for sellers this spring!

Median sale prices have increased 7.2% over last year. The previous year we saw an even bigger increase (about 10%). That means equity is increasing in your home!
