Dunn Realty Group was born out of a desire to build a reputation as a strong, sustainable, client-focused business of the highest quality.

We combined our passion for service to our community and our knowledge of housing and remodeling with our work. After years in the public sector, Sean began his career in real estate in 2007, and Jennifer began hers in 2008.

    Both Jennifer and Sean come to real estate with skills they honed in previous careers.

    Jennifer knows the Twin Cities after representing many local governments as a lobbyist and policy analyst. She has a strong research, process and negotiation background having worked as a legislative aide and lobbyist for local cities.

    Sean is a former educator and is fantastic at helping clients understand the buying and selling process. He also brings his experience remodeling our homes and is an expert at property preparation, identifying projects to do and not to do before a sale.

    We founded Dunn Realty Group in 2016 to craft our own business focused on dedicated service for our clients.

    Our name is our reputation. We work by referral and our business is built on the relationships we cultivate and the trust we have developed with our clients and business partners.

Professional Staging Services

We were fortunate to meet Marlene Wright, the owner of Stage it Wright, through our neighborhood business networking years ago. She is now our go-to for design and staging. We offer staging services to our sellers, through our partnership with Marlene, as part of our overall listing package of services. She has also helped us numerous times at our own house with paint colors, furniture layout, room design, kitchen remodels, and lots of information and insights to make our home, "our home"!
