The Twin Cities market is heating up again with more competition between buyers for homes on the market. We are still seeing multiple offers and homes selling for over list price as soon as they hit the market. Obviously, this is great news for sellers, but don't let it deter you if you are interested in buying. Home values continue to increase year over year.
