It's an exciting time in real estate with lots of market changes, and lenders are being very creative with different loan products to help a variety of buyers. We recently got certified through one of our lending partners to be able to present two amazing options to our buyers and sellers!

The first is a program that allows buyers to compete with CASH offers! This one is very exciting as we are still seeing a lot of competition from cash buyers. We believe this program positions buyers to be even STRONGER than a cash buyer. We'd love to tell you more about it.

The other program is for people who would like to buy a new home, but have a home to sell. One of our lenders has a BUY NOW SELL LATER program that allows a buyer to purchase a home non-contingent, and then list and sell their existing home within 180 days. We've worked with this reputable lender for years! The team of loan officers are experts in their field and highly rated in customer service.

Local market trends for the Twin Cities in November:

  • New listings decreased 17.0%. 

  • Pending sales were down 40.5%.

  • Inventory levels rose 12.6%. 

  • The Median Sales Price increased 4.1% to $354,000.

  • Buyers felt empowered as Months Supply of Homes for Sale was up 41.7%.
