The Story of Dunn Realty Group

Sean and Jennifer Dunn combined their passion for service to community and their knowledge of housing and remodeling with their work, beginning their real estate careers in 2007 and 2008 respectively, after years in the public sector. After working at other real estate brokerages, they founded Dunn Realty Group in 2016 in order to craft their own business and bring in agents who also share their same passion and dedication to their clients.

Dunn Realty Group was born out of a desire to build a reputation as a strong, sustainable, client-focused business of the highest quality.

Naming a company after the owners means they have to take their work extremely seriously, as their name is our reputation. They “Work By Referral”; their business is built on the relationships they cultivate and maintain with their clients and business partners. They don’t chase transactions, they build relationships.

They are excited about the opportunity to be your Realtors and provide you the valuable advice and direction you need to buy or sell your next home.

Both Jennifer and Sean came to real estate with skills they honed in previous careers. Jennifer knows the Twin Cities after having studied and represented many local governments as a lobbyist and policy analyst. She has a strong research, process and negotiation background having worked as a legislative aide and lobbyist for local cities. Sean brings the benefit of his experience remodeling our own homes and is also a stager, helping your home sell in the shortest time and for the most money.

Judy Ritchie

With more than 20 years of experience as an educator, Judy is an excellent listener and an effective communicator. She is able to recognize the unique needs and desires of her clients and prides herself on bringing a high level of integrity to her work. Whether she is selling your existing home or helping you find the home of your dreams, she will give honest and practical advice and will serve as a trusted guide throughout the process.

Originally from New York, Judy has called the Twin Cities home for the past 15 years. Her interests include older homes, restoration/remodeling, and interior design. She loves exploring different neighborhoods, trying new restaurants, and being outdoors with her family.

Christine Swan

Christine Swan graduated from the College of Saint Scholastic in Duluth with a double major in management and marketing. She began her career in Real Estate in December of 2015 when she realized that sitting behind a desk was not for her. Realty was always something she had an interest in, but it became so much more apparent when she bought her first home. It was then that she decided she wanted to help people feel as excited as she was when she bought her home. As Christine says, “I made the jump into realty and decided it was time to make my dreams a reality. I love being around people and even more I love helping people and I wanted to show them that buying a home is super fun and not scary at all!”

In her free time she likes to spend time outside in the garden, having bonfires, biking, playing tennis, coaching lacrosse and soccer, going to the lake – and her new favorite is making salsa from all the fresh veggies from the garden! This year she will give making jam a try! Another thing she and her husband enjoy doing is walking the dogs, Abraham & Lincoln, around the lakes and stopping off at their favorite little burger spot for dinner. Making the choice to go into real estate was the best decision ever and she hopes to help you with the purchase or sale of your next home!

Zachary Zweifler

Zachary has a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo, a Master’s degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management. Zachary started his real estate career in 2011 and has experience in the purchase, development, and sale of multi-family, retail, and industrial property in over 30 states. In his free time, he can be found flying a Cessna aircraft or cycling around Lake Nokomis. Zachary partners with commercial investors, buyers, sellers, and renters to find the property to meet and exceed their goals and needs.
